Children: Jade Mountain does not allow any guests under the age of 15.
Distance from the airport: Jade Mountain is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes by car from Hewanorra International Airport. To get there in style, helicopter transfers are also available between Hewanorra International Airport and the hotel's private helipad, taking approximately 6 minutes - ask our Caribbean specialists for more information.
Facilities: Jade Mountain guests have the use of a large infinity pool (in addition to the private infinity pool that is found within most sanctuaries), a boutique spa, a comprehensive fitness studio and a boutique shop. In addition guests can also access the facilities at Anse Chastanet which includes two beaches, watersports, a PADI dive school, boat trips, a range of restaurants and bars, access to the resort’s nature and biking trail.
Complimentary Services: Jade Mountain’s guests are offered complimentary activities such as daily morning yoga, a weekly cookery class and a once a week evening of wine and canapés.
Wi-Fi & Mobile Phone Usage: In keeping with Jade Mountain’s peaceful sanctuary style escape, guests are kindly asked to keep their personal phones on silent and refrain from using them in public areas. Guests do have access to Wi-Fi which is available in your sanctuary on request.
Boutique: Jade Mountain is home to 'Shades of Jade', a boutique store offering unique gifts and fine clothing.
Kai En Ciel Spa: The spa offers a range of treatments either in the resort’s spa or in the privacy and tranquility of your private sanctuary.
Services: The concierge team at Jade Mountain can offer a range of excursions and tours in addition to car rental, private dinners and unique experiences. These include a sunset cruise on board the resort’s 42-foot yacht or a visit to St Lucia's Sulphur Springs and Diamond Mineral Baths.
Check In/Out: Guests are invited to check in at 12 and check out at 2pm.
Minimum Stay: There is a 6 night minimum stay requirement between 25 - 29 December and a 5 night minimum stay requirement between 30 December - 3 January .
Meal Arrangements: Guests can staying on a room only, half board or an all-inclusive board basis.
Dining: The Jade Mountain Club serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests also can dine at the sister resort of Anse Chastanet within their board rate.
Room Service: Room service and housekeeping are available 24 hours a day.
Accommodation
All of the luxurious sanctuaries at Jade Mountain feature spectacular views of the Pitons World Heritage site and the Caribbean Sea. Individually designed, each one uniquely is different. Rooms have ceiling fans and all rooms have the 4th wall missing. All rooms have king size beds, a refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities and Illy espresso machine, an iron and ironing board, in-room safe, a hair dryer and Frette bathrobes. Bathrooms feature a high tech shower with powerful massage jets, porcelain bowls, a whirlpool tub for two and Molton Brown toiletries.
Sky Whirlpool Suite: These open fronted, spacious and split-level suites offer a bedroom, living area and bathroom with a raised whirlpool bath and views over the Pitons.
Star Sanctuary: Set on the hillside, these open plan, spacious suites have views over the sea and Pitons from the private infinity pool which is approximately 450 square feet. Within the sanctuary you will have a king sized bed, a bathroom and a separate living area - all with incredible views.
Moon Sanctuary: These sanctuaries offer all of the features, facilities and views of the Star Sanctuary but have a larger 650 square foot infinity pool.
Sun Sanctuary: With 270 degree panoramic views over this iconic landscape, these sanctuaries are spacious and luxurious. The bedroom and living area leads out to a private terrace area with its 950 square foot private infinity pool.
Galaxy Sanctuary: These incredibly spacious suites are set at the highest point of Jade Mountain offering panoramic views over the Caribbean Sea and the Pitons.
